The Add Member Load tool settings dialog appears.
Set the member load parameters in the dialog appropriately and select the member on which you want to place the load.
The load is placed on the member. If the load has a beginning and end (distributed load, for example), it is placed at the member (distance from start and end) as you indicated. If the load case is active in the Load Case Manager dialog, this information will be included in the data sent to the analysis package.
